Every piece from Savee Décor is designed to enchant, elevate, and create lasting memories. To maintain the quality and care of our offerings, we have thoughtfully crafted a refund policy that ensures fairness for both our clients and our artisans.
Security Deposits:

A refundable security deposit of $250, or 50% of the rental total (whichever is higher), is required for all rentals.

Provided all flowers are returned in their original condition, deposits are refunded within 48 hours after your event.
Caring for Our Creations:

In the rare event of damage, loss, or theft, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, up to and beyond the deposit amount.

Each rental is meticulously documented before and after your event to ensure clarity and transparency.
Non-Refundable Items:

Custom orders, special installations, and deposits for events canceled after the stated deadlines are non-refundable due to the time, artistry, and resources dedicated to preparing your experience.
