Rental T&Cs
1. General Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by Savee Décor (the “Owner”) to the client (the “Renter”). No modification or exception to these terms shall be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
By confirming a booking, the Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon:
- Receipt of a signed agreement, and
- Receipt of the required initial payment
The Owner reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not meet these requirements.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
Availability of products and services is not guaranteed until confirmation is completed (signed contract + payment received).
4. Rental Terms
All rented items remain the sole property of the Owner at all times.
The Renter agrees to pay for the full rental period as specified in the agreement, regardless of actual usage duration.
The standard minimum rental period is one (1) day unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure a booking.
Full payment must be completed no later than:
- 30 days prior to the event date
- or as otherwise specified in the agreement
For bookings made within 30 days of the event:
- A minimum of 75% payment is required at booking
- Full payment must be completed prior to installation
The Owner reserves the right to cancel any booking, retain payments made, and release the date if payment deadlines are not met.
6. Production & Custom Work
Production, customization, or preparation of materials will only begin once the required deposit has been received.
For projects involving custom fabrication or modifications:
- Timelines are based on the official confirmation date
- Late confirmation may impact availability and delivery timelines
Savee Décor is not responsible for delays resulting from late approvals or payments.
7. Delivery, Installation & Access
Delivery, installation, and pickup times will be scheduled in advance.
The Renter is responsible for ensuring:
- Full access to the venue at agreed times
- A safe and suitable installation environment
The Owner is not responsible for delays, incomplete installation, or inability to perform
services due to restricted access, venue limitations, or unsafe conditions.
Any delays, restricted access, or additional time required on-site may result in additional fees.
8. Late-Night Pickup Policy
Standard pickup hours are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Any pickup required after 10:00 PM is considered a late-night service and is subject to additional fees.
If late-night pickup is required due to venue restrictions, the Renter agrees to assume all associated costs.
Late-night pickup must be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing.
9. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required prior to delivery.
The minimum deposit is:
- $250 or
- 25% of the total rental value (whichever is greater)
The deposit is held as protection against damage, loss, theft, or additional charges.
The deposit will be returned within 48 hours following pickup, provided all items are returned in original condition.
10. Damage, Loss & Liability
The Renter assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup.
The Renter agrees to cover:
- Full replacement cost of lost or stolen items
- Full repair or replacement cost for damaged items
Liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
11. Use & Care of Materials
All items must be handled with care.
The Renter agrees:
- Not to move, modify, or tamper with installations
- Not to expose items to harmful conditions
Savee Décor’s giant flowers are delicate and intended for decorative use only.
12. Weather & Environmental Conditions
The Renter acknowledges that the flowers are fragile and not weather مقاistant.
The Owner is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Wind
- Rain
- Humidity
- Extreme temperatures
- Public interaction or vandalism
Any resulting damage remains the responsibility of the Renter.
13. Modifications & Changes
Any changes to the order after confirmation (including quantity, design, colors, installation requirements, or schedule) may:
- Result in additional fees
- Affect availability
- Impact timelines
All modifications must be approved in writing.
14. Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 30 days prior: $100 administrative fee
- 21–30 days prior: 50% of total rental
- 10–20 days prior: 75% of total rental
- Less than 10 days prior: 100% of total rental
All retainers are non-refundable.
15. Extended Rental & Late Return
If items are not available for pickup at the agreed time:
- Additional rental charges will apply
- Charges will be calculated based on the standard daily rate
16. Additional Charges
The Renter agrees to pay any additional costs incurred due to:
- Late returns
- Extended rental periods
- Additional labor or logistics
- Damages or losses
- Late-night pickup
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian laws.
18. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the Renter acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined above.
Savee Décor reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
